PRESIDENT MUHAMADU BUHARI ORDERS NEW SERVICE CHIEFS TO END INSURGENCY IN 3MONTHS






The President of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria has given a directive to the service Chiefs of the country, to come together and team up with coordinated efforts to end the Insurgency Within three (3) Months,. The President gave the Directive in the Presidential  Villa in Abuja shortly after the appointments were confirmed by the Senate which are The Chief Of Defense Staff, Major-General Abayomi Olonishakin; Chief of Army Staff, Major-General T.Y Buratai; The chief Of Naval Staff, Real Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas and the Chief of Air staff, Air Vice Marshal Sadique Abubakar. After changing the predecessors, in an effort to redesign and set out strategies and architectural framework for the nations security. The president also stated out that the service chiefs in the course of eliminating the insurgency, would be held accountable for the equipment placed under their command. 'In the course of carrying out the duties, all  men and equipment, troops and welfare must be taken seriously in mind, to take good care of them and make available what is due to them'.
